
Lacy Hodges
Director of Learning Analytics and Assessment
Lacy Hodges serves as the Director of Learning Analytics and Assessment in the College of Lifetime Learning, where she leads efforts to advance data-informed strategies that support student learning and success.
She has been part of the Georgia Tech community for over a decade, previously holding key roles in advising, student success, assessment, and curricular analytics. Her work focuses on translating complex educational data into actionable insights, leading strategic planning for academic initiatives, and building cross-campus collaborations that improve student success outcomes.
Prior to joining the College of Lifetime Learning, Lacy served as the Director of Undergraduate Analytics & Assessment in the Office of Undergraduate Education and Student Success, where she led assessment and data strategy across undergraduate education, collaborating with faculty, advisors, and Institute leadership to drive evidence-based decision-making. Committed to using data to improve student outcomes, she has spearheaded curricular analytics and predictive modeling initiatives that identify key drivers of success and inform enhancements to academic programs and student support services.
Lacy holds a Ph.D., M.A., and B.A. in English from the University of Florida
