Randall Fullington earned his Ph.D. in English at the University of Colorado Boulder in 2016. He has worked in online education for 16 years, teaching with Colorado Community College Online and then facilitating the implementation of hybrid and fully online programs at CU Boulder. 

Since 2019, he has shepherded the launch of the MA in Teacher Leadership, the MS in Data Science, the ME in Engineering Management, the MS in Computer Science, and the MS in Artificial Intelligence. 

As the assistant vice provost and the executive director of the Office of Academic and Learning Innovation, he founded and facilitates the BoulderTalks: Insights from Education Innovators series, oversees a catalog of over 400 courses on Coursera, and serves as the online lead for CU Boulder.
