Season Lewis serves as the inaugural director of human resources for the College of Lifetime Learning. As a strategic human resources practitioner, she brings more than eighteen years of human capital management and policy administration experience to the college’s executive leadership team.

As a trusted strategic consultant, Season was the human resources business partner supporting Scheller College of Business and Georgia Tech Athletic Association. She gained additional experience in higher education at Emory University as a Senior Human Resources Associate. She has specialized experience in benefits administration, business operations, compensation, employee relations, and performance management.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Columbia Southern University and is a certified human resource professional with the Society of Human Resource Management.
